OTB ne cumule pas les vitesse en download

Bonjour,
Mon OTB ne cumule pas les vitesse en download.
J'agrège 2 connections :
VOO à 400/20 M
Proximus 100/20M
Pour l'upload tout est ok, mais pour le download pas top...
