How to create a Hosted Exchange Shared Mailbox Alias

I want to create an alias for a shared mailbox.
I have two domains connected to the hosted exchange:
example1.com
example2.com

I created one shared mailbox office@example1.com and want it to have an alias-address office@example2.com.

Support doesn't even understand the question as they already twice send me the guide on how to create alias-entries for user-accounts.

It is possible for on premise Exchange Server, so I guess it has to be possible here too.
