And the access to the site is complicaded or impossible

Les sites web justifient leur identité par des certificats.
Firefox ne fait pas confiance à ce site, car il utilise un certificat qui n’est pas valide pour hezsbqk.cluster031.hosting.ovh.net.
Le certificat n’est valide que pour cluster031.hosting.ovh.net.
Code d’erreur : SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN4

Vous devez configurer WordPress pour utiliser votre domaine et non celui du cluster.

Vos certificats SSL sont OK, mais vous avez modifié le 'dossier racine' dans la configuration 'multisite'.
Il devait y avoir 'www' mais vous avez laissé le champ vide.
