How do I point to a directory?

Our domain name is : www.livingstoncommunityshed.scot

I have never hosted a web site. I was just meant to buy the NAS and the drives.
The person who volunteered to be the webmaster pulled out at the last minute.

I use an Asustor NAS with the web site in it (which is a Men's shed that has women members as well). OVHcloud gives us the domain.

The chairman of our shed has intimated that there may be another website hosted by this NAS in the future, so I put the "Shed" site as a folder in the root directory. I now have to have an index page in the root (/Web) directory where you click to enter the main site. Not ideal...

What are the steps to have the entire human race (or at least West Lothian) enter www.livingstoncommunityshed.scot seamlessly into the /Web/Shed directory?
I'm sure you do this all the time, but I've never done it and find the whole thing very daunting.

Eagerly awaiting someone to take pity...
