Moving Failover IP from SoYouStart to OVH proper

Trying to move a /28 block from SYS to an OVH VPS. I enter the token and range then it just hangs here: !firefox_i7ekDTfrXn|644x380

Tried /w multiple OVH accounts and on different browsers and IPs.
