I'm having a problem uploading files via FTP with my wildlife camera.
I can't enter 'ftp.cluster021.hosting.ovh.net' as the server name in the camera because it has too many characters.
Therefore, I set the IP address as the server name. The connection works with an FTP client with this settings... but unfortunately, not with the wildlife camera. What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance
Michael

Hello,

if your camera breaks the FTP protocol, and if you don't supply any useful information such as an error message extracted from a log, we cannot help you in any way. You should better contact the manufacturer, or try another upload method, such as e-mail, if available.

Hello @MFur , I see that you have updated your message today.

The IP address for your FTP server is 5.135.48.116

You may want to check the logs in the hosting section of your customer portal, you should find the connection from your camera and the FTP commands issued.
