Hi,
It's not doable, we use cinder https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Cinder .
It's some block storage, it can't be 'shared'.
I don't have any ETA, but another openstack service 'manilla' offers filesystem as a service. Which allows to connect multiple clients on a single 'share'.
