How to undo a subdomain migration

Hello everyone,

I've made a bad manipulation creating a subdomain to my website.

I now want to use the subdomain as a main website but when I type it in google, the other main domain appears.

Is there any way I can remove the subdomain from the other website ? So that my subdomain doesn't lead to the other website, but works as a main domain again ?
