cloud archive: rsync password?

How to I access my "Cloud Archive" "archive container" via rsync? The management UI only says this:

> Password (the combination of the following fields): `$OS_TENANT_NAME.$OS_USERNAME.$OS_PASSWORD`

What are `$OS_TENANT_NAME`, `$OS_USERNAME` and `$OS_PASSWORD` in my case?
