Javascript dashboard error

I'm getting javascript error when loading dashboard page.
The dashboard had errors when opening in Chrome (Chromium Version 100.0.4896.60) and Firefox (91.7.0esr (64-bit). I've tested in other versions.
They've created an customer ticket (CS5775045), via customer-service@ovh.com, but how can I access it if my dashboard don't load?
Since 28/06/2022, I'm waiting contact via email. They have writed: "One of our support team members will contact you as soon as possible."
Ovh support is terrible.
