Bonjour à tous,

Je rencontre des difficultés pour configurer et gérer ma ligne SIP sur mon compte OVH. Voici la situation :

Je veux créer une api qui récupère les appels entrants de ma ligne SIP et pouvoir le rediriger sur Telegram. L'endpoint API /telephony/{billingAccount}/line/{serviceName}/calls, semblent être dépréciés.

Dois je passer par une file d'appel pour pouvoir utiliser l'endpoint : /telephony/{billingAccount}/easyHunting/{serviceName}/hunting/agent/{agentId}/calls et si oui, comment faire pour configurer une file d'appel ?

Si vous disposez d'un CRM, vous pouvez paramétrer un CTI afin de récupérer les évènements.
