We need a knowledge base tutorial how to get Windows nodes applied to Managed Kubernets Service.
Following sources are not enought to get is working at OVH:
* https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/windows/intro/
* https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/sig-windows-tools/blob/master/guides/guide-for-adding-windows-node.md
My assumption is, without paying for Professional Services https://www.ovhcloud.com/en/professional-services/kcsp/ this forum will only be about trivial questions.
