Hi
My soyoustart dedicated server running esxi has been hacked. They want bitcoin to unencrypt. I don't have anything I need restoring but it seems they have also got in to my soyoustart ovh account as the password is not working for that either.
I run pfsense on my dedicated server and have very secure passwords, so I suspect the attack might have been against the soyoustart platform itself as how else could they reset my password there.
Am I the only one this has impacted or is this affecting more customers? I can't create a case within the portal because I can't login. I tried running a password reset and did not receive an email.
If I can get in to my soyoustart I will just initate a reinstall of esxi and start again.
So you start server hacked
