Bonjour,

J'aimerais savoir comment il se fait que les délais de portabilité fixe entrant soient si longs chez OVH Telecom (1 semaine au minimum) sur une ligne VoIP.
Sachant que l'"accusé de l'opérateur" (2 jours selon OVH) est validé à chaque fois et le jour-même et pareil pour le "rapport intermédiaire de l'opérateur" (1 jour selon OVH).

Chez SFR j'ai demandé une portabilité fixe depuis OVH, elle a été réalisée le JOUR-MÊME.
