Issue - Server delivering process

Hi All,

I'm new on OVH, and I have request my first metal detected server from OVH on 19/6/2021, and the deliver time that appearing when I purchase the server is 48 hours.

OVH support team has asking for some legal documents to verify my identity and I had submitted it on the same day, but until now -21/6/2021- the status of the order is "Awaiting documents" doesn't change and there is no response from OVH team regard this.

I'm not even able to cancel my order and refund the money !

Anyone have an idea or previous experience what is the OVH process for similar cases.

Note: I have open two tickets with the support team and also - unfortunately - no response.
