Enabling SSL certificate for domain hosted on gcloud.

Hello everyone,

Setup:
Hosting: gcloud vm
Domain: OVH
SSL: OVH SSL Gateway

I'm trying to set up HTTPS and honestly I don't know how to reach the goal.
I'm hosting my website on gcloud vm with domain on OVH.
I need to enable https for my website to allow all users to reach it(prod).
I have enabled https and http on gcloud sever.
However whenever I try to redirect to https I get an information that secure conection has failed.
I've added OVH SSL Gateway for my domain, however the status is `http` only.

Moreover both IPv4 and IPv6 are disabled (I guess because the icon is red)
