Please for god's sake help me cancel the domain subsciption, currently my payement " is being processed ". i dont want to send the extra informations to get my domain working, i just want to cancel it.
this website is full of bugs errors and there is so many tabs. i dont understand anything.

I've checked with the team. Without additional informations concerning the order of a .tn domain name, the order will be cancelled by the registry. Automatic refund will be set up after cancellation by the registry, which may take a few days.
So you don't need to open an assistance ticket about your order.

Thank you for you answer. Since i didnt give the additional informations ( like Identity card and filling the document ). I only have the purchase order which expires in a week ( 15 may ). So i thought maybe past that date it will automatically cancels itself, and wont need an assistance ticket.
Do you think i should despite that open an assistance ticket? or wait past that date?
