Webpage not coming up in Google Search results

Sorry for the newbie question. My domain redirects to my facebook business page. I do not have a hosting package, and it's been set up this way for several years.

The problem is that my (facebook) webpage doesn't come up when I google the name of my business (actually my competitors business comes up.) I'm guessing this has to do with the lack of metatags, as I don't have a hosting package where I can add html metatags relevant to my business. Is there anything I can do within my OVH panel settings to help? Thanks! :-)
