Hello,
I have a Scale-i2 dedicated server, I installed Windows Server 2016 and HyperV. When I try to start the created VM, a message appears saying that HyperV is not running. I have already checked the BIOS, DEP is enabled and I cannot move forward. Could you please help me?

Hello@Nisther Paulino ,
Thanks for your post on Community, can you precise the name of your server to check?
Also this microsoft guide may help you : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2008-R2-and-2008/ee956894(v=ws.10)?redirectedfrom=MSDN
Thank you and have a nice day,

Hi,
Can you check in the BIOS : Hardware-enforced Data Execution Prevention (DEP) must be available and be enabled. Specifically, you must enable the Intel XD bit (execute disable bit) or AMD NX bit (no execute bit).

We did some try on our side and we haven't noticed any problems with our server.
If the issue persists, please reach the Support to reflash your BIOS.
Thank you and have a nice day,
^JLam
