Hi. i install Dolibarr on Starter hosting with database and i don't have polish char. I need to know how to change latin1 on utf8 server language in starter hosting plan.
I don't have access for file my.* and don't know how change langage on server (in DB i changed)
In FQA wrote Requirements:
A Web Cloud Databases instance (included in a Performance web hosting plan).
Access to the OVHcloud Control Panel
But i don't have web cloud in starter hosting.
