Bonjour,
Depuis quelques semaines voire mois, tous mes mails envoyés à mes clients (formulaire de contact, confirmation de commande, etc.) partent en spam. Je reçois également tous ces mails en copie sur mon adresse et il y a toujours "[SPAM]" dans l'objet.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils sont catégorisés comme SPAM. Le problème c'est que cela nuit à mon activité puisque beaucoup de clients ne reçoivent pas des informations importantes présentes dans ces mails.
Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ou me conseiller sur les démarches à suivre pour corriger ce problème ?

Dans ce pavé cryptique se trouvent 2 informations:
^P415-113 (300);HamHeaderField Header Scoring (-10);
+300 et -10 ça fait bien 290
Mais seul OVH ou bien VadeRetro pourraient te dire que ce sont ces 300 mauvais points pour la cause ^P415-113
et comme c'est de la propriété intellectuelle et que OVH a abandonné le logiciel libre depuis longtemps, c'est une boîte noire.

Si tu reçois par hasard une réponse intelligente, je suis intéressé.
Mais au moins demander "pourquoi le mail que voici est pénalisé de 300 points par VR avec un diagnostic ^P415-113", ça ne permet aucune réponse évasive.
