Blocking SSH from SOL

Hello,

I have a Bare metal Server with Ubuntu installed. I used an external developer to help setup the servers and I now want to ensure nobody aside from me can connect using any external connections like SSH etc

From Serial Over Lan (SOL) Connection , How do I block all SSH connections or turn them off etc
