I placed an order for ADV-4 192GB on November 21, 2024. The delivery time listed on the order screen was 72 hours, but it has now been 4 days and the order still hasn’t been delivered.
I raised this issue with support through CS10472255 and was informed that the order is OutOfStock, and therefore no ETA could be provided. However, the order screen still lists a 72-hour delivery time.
This situation is quite confusing, especially when the system still displays 72 hours as the expected delivery time, even though an ETA is unavailable. I’m wondering why the delivery time isn’t updated to a more realistic timeframe, like 7 days or 30 days, to give customers a more accurate expectation.
I have a feeling that OVHCloud Help Center team might be getting a bit tired of my repeated questions about this issue, which is why I decided to post here instead! 😅
If OVHCloud team members are responding here, I would appreciate an explanation as to why this is happening. Also, has anyone else experienced similar delays? If so, I’d appreciate hearing about how you’ve managed these situations.
Hey, I have the same issue. Placed an order for SYS-3 128GB on November 20, 2024. Delivery time listed was 72 hours.
When I contacted the support team, they told me they don't know an exact ETA, but ETD they have is 21-12-2024.

It’s good to know I’m not the only one facing this issue, though I’m sorry you’re in the same boat. At least you got an ETD! I wasn’t given any such date for my ADV-4 order, so I’m just hanging out in the void, hoping for a miracle. 🙃
It’s interesting (and a bit concerning) that OVHCloud is still showing the 72-hour delivery time for these servers while it seems like we’re dealing with much longer delays. I mean, if the system updated those delivery times based on actual availability, it could save a lot of confusion and frustration for all of us.
Let’s hope that OVH manages to sort out the stock issues soon, so we can both get our hands on those shiny servers! If you hear anything new from support or if your server gets delivered, I’d love an update. I’ll do the same on my end. Fingers crossed for both of us! 🤞
