Adding TXT record to my domain

How do I add in OVH (which holds my domain) a "TXT record" provided by my web hosting service Kinsta, in order to renew the SSL certificate?

- Domain name : referi.io
- My hosting is not with OVHcloud

I have the following problem :
I the DNS zone panel is the correct place where to do this, there is already what I think is a TXT record.
Should I replace it creating a new one? Or add another one?
In any case, should I put the string supplied into the "value" field? With quotes?
