domain_service.ds_records_state.reason_code=DsRecordStateReason.DNSSEC_ALREADY_PENDING

Hi OVH community,

I’ve been struggling with an issue for about a month now, and unfortunately, support hasn’t been able to help me resolve it. My domain shows the following error:

domain_service.ds_records_state.reason_code=DsRecordStateReason.DNSSEC_ALREADY_PENDING

I’m hosting a large project, kvc.pl
, which I’ve been developing as a low-level programmer. Because of this DNSSEC issue, my website is completely offline. Every time I try to activate the zone, I get this error, and I can’t proceed.

I paid for the domain and hosting in advance for several years, and I really need to get things working again. I’m currently blocked from even running basic traceroute tests to troubleshoot.

I understand mistakes happen, but I feel like I’m hitting a wall with support—they don’t seem to understand the problem. If anyone here has encountered this specific DNSSEC_ALREADY_PENDING error or knows a way to clear it, your help would be massively appreciated.
