OVH would refund the whole bill. Now I see that i get 1 month refund but 4 weeks before the server burnt down, I had paid for a whole year up front.

Anyone else pad for a whole year and only gets 1 month back?

You think OVH will do a full refund or do I better ask a chargeback via PayPal? Since still within 60 days.

OVH support has not replied now for 3 weeks!!

Refund seems to be complicated as there are complex cases to deal with.
The one month refund is the first step to cancel april's bill.

Almost 3 weeks later and still no reply from OVH. Also no more credits received yet. So still waiting for 90% of my yearly purchase ...

Anyone else in same situation with more info?
