We have a domain using OVH nameservers, with subdomains setup in cPanel. One of the subdomains is getting the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN when visiting in the browser. I think it is similar to the problem someone else outlined in this cPanel forum discussion: https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/creation-of-a-subdomain-problem-dns.683061/. What is the best way to get DNS support for this kind of issue from OVH on a Standard support level, or is there anything I can do to fix it?
