How to transfer my domain to another provider?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to transfer a domain to another provider.
I've followed the procedure at the link: https://help.ovhcloud.com/csm/en-gb-domain-names-outgoing-transfer-generic-geographical?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0051829

I've generated the AUTH/INFO code, but the Domain Status, after few days, is always "clientDeleteProhibited" and with this status the new provider can't complete the transfer.
Do you know how can I solve it?
