Hello GSomma,
After analysing your request, I can confirm that the service is renewed according to the renewal mode chosen in your customer account.
If the service is in ‘automatic’ renewal mode, it will renew according to the last period selected, for example :
- Previous purchase order for one year
- If the service is in ‘automatic’ renewal mode, it will automatically renew for one year.
If the service is in ‘Manual’ renewal mode, it will have to be renewed manually from your customer area and you will be able to choose whether this service should be settled on a monthly or annual basis from the ‘Bare metal Cloud’ tab, ‘Commitment’, ‘Manage my service commitment’.
