I have installed cPanel Almalinux on my VPS and I'm asking for support from someone else in my country that I know personally. He cannot access the server using SSH, he keeps getting 'Access Denied'.

Is there a firewall already installed that is preventing access from my guy? If so, how can I disable it or allow temporary access from any IP Address?

Hello,

You should check the log files (/var/log auth.log, syslog) . There is certainly a reason indicated there.
