All the animations under the Divi Child theme have disappeared from my site. Is this related? I updated the PHP but it didn't change anything. My site's analysis says there's a risk with the EU Cookie Law. What can I replace it with?Any other ideas?

Hello @filrouge Laetitia Eyquem,

To resolve this issue, I suggest you revert to the version of PHP you were using when the site was fully operational. To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1 of 4 : Log in to your customer area and click on "Webcloud" in the menu at the top of the page.
Step 2 of 4 : Then click on "Hosting," then on the name of your hosting plan.
Step 3 of 4 : You can then click on the three small dots next to "Global PHP Version" and "Modify Configuration."
Step 4 of 4 : Choose the "Revert to a previous configuration" option and click "Next."

If this doesn't resolve your issue, try restoring your hosting and database to a date when your site was fully functional:

Step 1 of 6 : Click on your domain under the "Hosting" section.
Step 2 of 6 : Go to the "FTP-SSH" tab.
Step 3 of 6 : Click on "Restore a backup."
Step 4 of 6 : Go to "Database."
Step 5 of 6 : To the right of your database, click on the three small dots.
Step 6 of 6 : Click on the three dots to the right of the desired backup to restore it.

If this still doesn't work, don't hesitate to check the requirements for your theme, as well as for your entire site (CMS and plugin versions).
