Compte Exchange suspendu malgré réglement

Bonjour

Suite à une suspension de compte, le réglement a été effectué le 11 avril par CB.
A ce jour (le 15 avril à 9h00), le compte est toujours suspendu.
Que faut-il faire d'autre pour réactiver le compte ?
