10 days in “Awaiting documents”

Hi,

I've issued an order (179515348) for which I had to send documents for verification purposes, which I did immediately after having been notified so.
The problem is that was 10 days ago. I've had no news since then, and received no reply to my 3 "may I know what is going on?" emails.

I've seen I'm not the only one here suffering from this issue. So, to any OVH people wandering those lands, if I may kindly ask: can you help me out with that, please?
