Just purchased a dedicated server and seems it was misprovisioned (errors with IPMI and IP management).
I'm trying to reach support and the opening the help center just keeps redirecting me to the following URL
https://ca.ovh.com/auth/?
Seems the URL above is for users from another region (Canada?) and I cannot open a ticket there so it does not accept my account for login.
Calling the phone and seems they only work Monday > Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and technical help is not offered over the phone unless you purchase a Premium support package?
Hopefully someone reads this and gets back to me. Don't want to leave OVH but I will if I have to.
Can't imagine what people hosting production environments here do in case of an emergencies.
Cannot open a support ticket? Infinite redirection to wrong portal..

OVH has not fixes this since 9.9.2024.
OVH Support was not able to help. I found the solution myself.
