I've recently (on last saturday) migrated my hosted email from ovh mxplani to ovh exchange service to improve inbox size (5gb to 50gb). During the Automatic migration (offered by ovh) something wrong happened, thousands of emails were not moved as well as all subfolders I've created.
Furthermore the service is not working properly both using webmail or installed outlook. It receives but can only send (sometimes) from webmail.
The very bad thing is that I opened a ticket on sunday and I still have to receive an answer!!!!screenoutlook|281x500
