Let's Encrypt certificate on multisite web hosting

I've recently configured a multisite hosting with custom domains and SSL enabled correctly (Let's Encrypt).

However, I noticed that when you check the certificate in any website you can see a list of all the existing domains/websites in your multisite hosting (under "Subject Alternative names" field).

This is a privacy issue. I wonder if there is a solution to avoid this or if you have any suggestion other than using non-letsencrypt certificates.
