After 7 days, no delivery - This is cheating!

I see so many similar topics like mine, fellow OVH clients have not received their servers.

Why are you not being forthcoming with your clients and confirm the delay when a client is actually ordering a server? the delay notice was showing after the payment and not while I was ordering!!!!

This is called cheating.

Now I wonder, what administration or supervision force is going to look at this scam?! cuz when you say you deliver in 72hrs and after you take the money you say there will be a delay, thats a scam!
