Load Balancers questions from a newbie

Hi,

I currently got a OVH cloud server in the UK running cPanel/WHM and am thinking about setting up another for redundancy on for the web server (http and https).

But I am not sure on a few items, I have listed below

1. Does the DNS go in front of the Load Balancer, on the Load Balancer and/or Stay on the cpPanel/WHM server?

2. Most of my sites have free Let's Encrypt SSL Certs, will they need to be moved to the Load Balancer?

3. The Load Balancer Pack 1 says it has 2 front ends, would they be http and https for example?

Sorry if these are silly questions but never used any sort of load balancer as a server admin.
