Trying to connect my OVH domain to shopify store

Hi there, Quick question.

I am trying to connect my domain to shopify changing DNS,
I was waiting couple hours without success, then I contacted Shopify and they said I should contact my domain provider. I did, but no one answered.

To connect domain with shopify they demanding to;

You want your A record to point to Shopify's IP address, which is "23.227.38.65"
You want your CNAME record to point to shops.myshopify.com

I changed both.
I checked my domain connection in shopify and my ip still stays the same, where required is different.

Normally it was taking minutes. Now nothing is happening.
