FTP and SFTP time out

FTP and SFTP are so slow showing directories and I can't upload my files

Hello It looks like there would be a problem with some cloud web instals. I have the same problem. I tried to install WP with "one click" with FileZilla, Transmit always the same timeout with FTP or "error" with one click. So I've send a support ticket. They answered me that an admin will have a look.

But on cloudweb ssh/sftp is not on port 22.
Check that in your manager OVH.

The FTP access to cloud web seems to be very instable.
Since yesterday I can not connect at all neither with FTP nor with SFTP
When I try with SFTP with FileZilla I get

en cloudweb SFTP don't use port 22, see the manager.

But yes the access is down on FTP/SFTP/SSH.

Bonjour,

sauf que là le support à sortie un guide pour les mutu normaux et non les cloudweb…

Si on regarde dans le manager on a bien un autre port que le 22 (ce qui est logique).
Voilà ce que l'on peu voir dans le manager :

Dans mon cas on voit bien que FTP == 21 et SFTP/SSH ==41090.

**EDIT :**
Ticket incident => support constate la même chose => remonté aux admins fait.

For FTP yes, it's 21.
But for SFTP it's 41511 as I can see on your screen.
