I recently purchased a new VPS server and migrated everything to it, and wish to cancel the other one, but I am unable to do so. When I go in to manage the renewal and select the option to not renew it, I get an error saying "The billing contact that you have selected is assigned to none of the services.". I have filed a support ticket regarding the cancellation as well but have not gotten a response yet. I just want to make sure I'm not going to be billed for the old server when it's up for renewal in a few days.
