How to get in contact with the abuse team? VPS Keeps rebooting into rescue mode

I've had a bogus abuse claim confirmed to be solved by Netcraft, yet I am still getting emails from OVH Abuse, and then promptly after - my VPS reboots into rescue mode, taking everything down...

This is the second time it's happened in a few months - I've logged tickets, yet no reply.

The disruption is now at a state where it is causing damage to my reputation with several clients.

Does any one have any information about how I can get in touch with a human in the abuse team to ensure this goes away for good?!
