Hey!
I created a sales tunnel on system.io.
To send automatic emails to my customers from system.io, I had to connect this custom domain to system.io.
I therefore had to add the DNS records requested by system.io to the DNS records zone of my OVH domain name.
I followed system.io's instructions and added all the records needed to authenticate my domain on system.io.
After doing this, some pre-existing DNS in my ovh dns zone conflicted with the newly added system.io dns.
OVH recommended that I delete the records that conflicted with the ones I was adding, which I did. I thought I had completed the process of configuring my system.io DNS on OVH, but I received an e-mail from system.io this morning, which said:
“Hello ,
The integration with your domain www.X.pro (example) is failing due to incorrect DNS settings.
Please check the DNS records linked to this domain. You can find the list of DNS records in the Settings page of your account.
You have 14 days to restore these settings, failing which your domain will be deactivated. All your communities will then be deleted.
Sincerely,”
I've checked several times by hand and with chatgpt the conformity of my system.io records in OVH, and they correspond well, there are no oversights.
However, the following message still appears on system.io (see attached file).
Are there any records pre-set by OVH that are unfortunately missing?
Best regards, Tim.
Hello,
Can you please disclose your domain name, and the instructions received from system.io ?
Hey@fritz2cat 🇧🇪 🇪🇺 , ty for your reply.
My domain name is 5dayschallenge.pro.
Here are the following steps to follow to add the appropriate records on OVH' DNS zone.
"How to add a custom domain to your systeme.io account"
"How to authenticate your domain name for email sending"
Overall, 6 records from system.io to add in my DNS zone, in order to:
1) Add a custom domain to my syteme.io account (my OVH domain).
2) Authenticate my domain for email sending.
Idk what's missing in my setup.
Ty.
I have already replied to this question this morning. WHERE IS MY REPLY ???????????????????@JLam

@fritz2cat 🇧🇪 🇪🇺 I think I've solved the issue. I will go back to u here if the problem isn't fully solved. Ty for your time.
