Orders for Public Cloud project get cancelled

I want to start using resources in the OVH Public Cloud, and what I understand is that I start with ordering a Project in the Public Cloud section.

However, I have created three orders for a Project, and they all got cancelled. The cancellation mails all contain the same information:

The order had to be cancelled for one of the following reasons:

 - Your personal information is inaccurate or needs to be updated, which goes against Article 2.1 of our General Terms and Conditions of Service, which you agreed to;

 - You need to update the payment methods saved to your customer account;

 - We are currently verifying your account as set out in Article 2.2 of our General Terms and Conditions of Service, which you agreed to.

<end quote>

I tried to resolve the issue as follows:
- I updated all possible personal information in my account
- I added 2FA on my account
- I added a credit card as second payment method. The first payment method is direct debit from my bank account, which already has worked previously.
- I accepted one last agreement document (for using beta services)

But this did not help.

Currently I can no longer even create an order for a Public Cloud project, with the following error:
"An error has occurred creating your Public Cloud project. Please try again."

Does anyone have a clue why my orders get cancelled?

Is this project really necessary to start using object storage in the OVH Public Cloud; or is there an other way?

Thanks!

Lucas
