Bonjour à tous,

J'ai commandé quelques ligne avec du matériel ( téléphone Cisco ) il y à quelques jour mais le statut de ma commande n'a pas évolué.

Quel est le délai de traitement moyen entre la commande sur internet et l'envoi / réception du matériel ?

Je demande parce que l'abonnement " cours " déjà et que je n'ai toujours pas le matériel.

Appeler le SAV OVH au **+33 9 72 10 10 07**.
Plutôt entre **8h et 9h** le matin il y a moins d'attente.
