**How to create SMS account**
Hello everyone,
I would like to set up SMS account for SMS sending:
I can't find documentation how to order new SMS account.
I've tried to order SMS package, which leads to order form, and there is an option to point account to credit with an option: `New account`, but then there was an error message `You cannot order a new account from country DE`.
Could you please advise how to get an SMS account? Is there some limitation for DE maybe?
