I have MXPLAN 10 hosting service (personal) and 3 domains (websites)
My plan allowes me to have 10 e-mail boxes/addresses.
Now my MX plan is connected/runs with one of my domains (happyguitar.pl) and I can get e-mail addresses with this domain.
But I want to have emails also with addresses from my other 2 domains (happyguitar.eu and lutnicze.pl)
How can I share my MX plan with other domains ? - all are on the same shared hosting service.
Is redirection the only solution?

It looks like OVH forces people to pay per each domain extra money for having separate MXPLAN.
I ended up in the same situation purchasing their hosting, where they stated 10 emails included in price, but apparently you can have 10 emaila but ONLY in one DOMAIN.
So this is going to cost you up to 10x so much if you want 10x EMAIL in 10X different domains.

Look for a mail-only hosting named MX5 (for 5 mailboxes) or MX25 (25 mbx)
This is billed only once when ordered, and stays free afterwards while the domain name is registered with OVH.
This is going to change with the new Zimbra offering, stay tuned.
