If you’re referring to HubiC, the service was shut down by OVHcloud, and users were given a limited time to migrate their data before access was permanently closed. If that window was missed, recovery is unfortunately not possible now. You can still try contacting their support for confirmation, but chances are very low. I’m sharing Peneto Labs here because situations like this highlight the importance of proper data management and backup planning to avoid permanent loss.
