Zimbra mail domain stuck on "creating"

I created a new domain in zimbra mail but now it's stuck on "creating" for almost a day now.
I can't delete this domain because the 3 dots are grayed out.
What can i do?

Please file an incident ticket from your customer area. This should not happen and shall be considered as an incident.
