Good evening,
I have a VPS account on ovh.

I set the DNS of my **third** levels domain **production.frogstudio.it** like this:

record A = https://51.210.5.20
recodrd MX =
mx0.mail.ovh.net
mx1.mail.ovh.net
:mx2.mail.ovh.net
mx3.mail.ovh.net

if I check online the **DNS** records work fine.

I created the email **info@production.frogstudio.it** forwarding to my personal email, but if i try to send an email to info, returns the following:

As-tu souscrit un hébergement web/mail pour ce domaine ? (frogstudio.it) ?

Bien sûre, j'avais achetez une solution Virtual Private Servers (VPS) avec une license Plesk.
dans la console **Plesk** l'ya les options pour creer plusieurs boite postale.

Mon NIC handle = fm430358-ovh
Code client = 1420-4303-58

Je ne connais pas Plesk, mais à mon avis tu dois créer le sous-domaine production.frogstudio.it chez Aruba, ce n'est pas un problème de Plesk.

j'avais crée les sous domaine chez aruba et j'avais fait - chez Aruba - la mise a jour de records MX comme ça:
mx0.mail.ovh.net
mx1.mail.ovh.net
:mx2.mail.ovh.net
mx3.mail.ovh.net

mais il ne marche pas

à mon avis tu n'as pas de d'offre de mails chez Ovh
tex Mx sont donc mauvais si tu veux utiliser les mails avec ton Plesk

Tu as peut-être un serveur mail sur cette machine, tu n'as qu'à créer des mailbox et pointer le MX de ton sous-domaine dessus, au lieu des MX OVH pour lesquels tu n'as pas d'abonnement.
C'est toi l'administrateur ce ce serveur ?
